§ 90.17. CONTROL OF DANGEROUS DOGS.

- No person having charge, care, custody or control of a dog determined to be a dangerous dog shall permit the animal off his or her premises unless the dog is securely restrained by a responsible person who can physically keep the dog in control.(Ord. 05-20, passed 11-15-2005; Am.
